If I need my order immediately, is there a "rush" service ?

Yes, rush orders are accepted, when possible, based on production availability. THERE IS NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE FOR RUSH ORDERS, however, expedited shipping may be necessary.  Contact Michael at info@pickleballcrystalgifts.com for available production time and shipping costs.

Does Pickleball Crystal Gifts have a return policy ?

All custom personalized gifts are non returnable.  The exception is if there is a defect or damage.  In that case a new replacement order will be sent out immediately free of charge.

Can color be added to the engraving on the crystal ?

Yes, but only on certain pieces that have flat surfaces such as the crystal keepsake box. Additional charges apply.
